
Ten years in the past, protesters in Syria started calling for freedom. The federal government led by Bashar al Assad clamped down, with ever rising violence, and a civil battle ensued.
A whole bunch of 1000’s have died, and tens of millions have been compelled to depart the nation.
So what’s life like for many who stay, and for many who had been unable to remain?
