Bashir’s Diana interview: John Whittingdale on Dyson report

Lord Dyson’s report into Martin Bashir’s 1995 interview with Princess Diana “makes stunning studying” the tradition and digital minister has advised MPs.

John Whittingdale mentioned the BBC “urgently” wants to point out these failings have been addressed, and “that this will by no means occur once more”.

He was answering an pressing query within the Commons from Tory MP Julian Knight.
